I have a cell phone that isn’t very smart. You might say it’s barely sentient. I use it for texting and phone calls, occasionally as an alarm clock. Articles like Jack McLain’s list of favorite Catholic apps in America make me want to upgrade to a smart phone. One of his favorites is the Three-Minute Retreat from Loyola Press. You can get it free on the web or for 99 cents as an iPhone app.
Chris, here are three apps that might be of interest: Other6, Pray as You Go, and Jesuit Prayer.
I can’t seem to find a Daily Examen app for an IPhone. Does anyone know if one exists.
If you are looking for rosary app, I have just created Scriptural Rosary app to help people keep their focus on each mystery. This is done with the help of scripture verse in each Hail Mary:

Hope it is useful for all of you. God bless.
Not a Roman Catholic app per se, but check out the Labyrinth App (iPause) we reviewed over at The Virtual Abbey: http://thevirtualabbey.blogspot.com/2010/10/review-labyrinth-app-ipause.html
Could come in very handy during Midwestern blizzards!
