Thomas Krettek, SJ

Thomas Krettek, SJ, is a member of the Society of Jesus. He earned a PhD in philosophy from The Catholic University of America, specializing in the works of Paul Weiss. Fr. Krettek’s ministry has focused on Jesuit formation, governance, and philosophy education in Kenya and the United States, including service as provincial of the Wisconsin Province. He currently serves as Director of Mission and Identity for Loyola Press and as Superior of the Bellarmine Jesuit Retreat House Community. He is the author of The Mass, the Eucharist, and the Spiritual Exercises and co-author of To Set the World on Fire: Praying with Jesuits.
