About Our Panelists
Becky Eldredge is an Ignatian-trained spiritual director, retreat facilitator, and founder of Ignatian Ministries. She is the award-winning author of The Inner Chapel, Busy Lives & Restless Souls, and Encounter Grace. She helps others create space to connect faith and daily life and is passionate about teaching people how to pray. Becky lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she shares life with her husband and three children.
Lori Stanley is the Executive Director of Loyola Institute for Spirituality in Orange, CA. She has been a practitioner of Ignatian spirituality for 20 years and uses its tools to address social injustices and to answer the call to accompany, educate, and empower others to discover God’s personal love for them. Lori has a MA in pastoral theology with a concentration in spiritual direction from Loyola Marymount University. She and her husband of 36 years have been facilitators in the Catholic Engaged Encounter ministry for 22 years and have one adult daughter. Lori is one of the editors of An Ignatian Spirituality Reader, Volume II.
Ansel Augustine, D. Min., is a minister, speaker, and advocate for social justice with more than 25 years of experience serving marginalized communities. Dr. Augustine has integrated his faith and his expertise in Catholic social teaching with an unstoppable passion for justice by casting the service net wide to Black Catholics, youth, young adults, campus students, and prisoners. He is the author of Praying with Our Feet: Encountering God in the Margins.
Eric A. Clayton is the deputy director of communications for the Jesuit Conference of Canada and the United States. He has a BA in creative writing and international studies from Fairfield University and a MA in international media from American University. Eric lives in Baltimore, MD, with his wife and two daughters. Clayton is the author of My Life with the Jedi: The Spirituality of Star Wars; Cannonball Moments: Telling Your Story, Deepening Your Faith; and Finding Peace Here and Now: How Ignatian Spirituality Leads to Healing and Wholeness.
