“Seeing God in everything” makes me realize God’s loving and abiding presence not only in the people I love but in every single one of the persons I see and meet everyday, as well as in all his creations that surround me, sustaining my life , filling it with grace to live for him and with him.
I was with the 2011 Magis group in Madrid (see my dotMagis post at https://www.ignatianspirituality.com/10551/world-youth-day/). Parents and grandparents: share this with the young adults in your life. The Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States, working with the Maryland Jesuits’ Apostleship of Prayer, sent their students to this formative experience. My students from Boston College all speak about what a magnificent way this was to integrate prayer, service, and celebration of faith.
