I’m currently reading the Book of Job, a book which reveals that trust in and communication with God are vital. Events are often out of our ‘control’ and others (e.g. Job’s friends) often can intercede in ways that they view as benevolent and which are really counter-productive. It’s not about being strong and immovable but, as the video shows, about our deepest feelings.
